The total length of the MRT Green Line is about 16.7 kilometers, which starts from around Songzhu Road 2nd Bridge of Beitun District in the east and runs southwards into HSR Taichung Station and composes 18 stations. Construction of interior station renovation, the testing of electromechanical sub-systems, and the integrated testing of all electromechanical parts are completed. MOTC completed its final inspection on Oct. 25, 2020 and the permit for operation was applied for on Nov. 2, 2020. Its operation was permitted by MOTC on Nov. 6, 2020 and trial operation was practiced from Mar. 25 to Apr. 23, 2021. It was officially put into service on Apr. 25.

- Beitun Main Station：Located within Beitun machinery plant.
- Jiushe Station：Located around Songzhu Road and Jiushe Lane intersection.
- Songzhu Station：Located on Beitun Road near Jiushe Park. It shares the same building with TRA Songzhu Station.
- Sihwei Elementary School Station：Located around Wenxin Road and Xingan Road, Tianjin intersection near Sihwei Elementary School.
- Wenxin Chongde Station：Located around Wenxin Road and Chongde Road intersection.
- Wenxin Zhongqing Station：Located around Wenxin Road and Zhongqing Road intersection.
- Wenhua Senior High School Station：Located around Wenxin Road and Henan Road intersection.
- Wenxin Yinghua Station：Located around Wenxin Road and Yinghua Road intersection.
- Taichung City Hall Station：Located around Wenxin Road and Taiwan Boulevard intersection.
- Shui-an Temple Station：Located around Wenxin Road and Daye Road intersection.
- Wenxin Forest Park Station：Located around Wenxin Road and Xiangshang Road intersection near Wenxin Forest Park.
- Nantun Station：Located around Wenxin Road and Wuquan West Road intersection.
- Feng-le Park Station：Located around Wenxin Road and Wenxin South 5th Road intersection near Feng-le Park and Nan-yuan Park.
- Daqing Station：Located on Jianguo North Road and shares the same building with TRA Daqing Station.
- Jiuzhangli Station：Located in Jianguo Road near Section 6, Huangzhong Road.
- Jiude Station：Located near Jianquo Road and Lane 64, Xinghua Street.
- Wuri Station：Located around Jianguo Road and Guangri Road intersection.
- HSR Taichung Station：HSR Taichung Station: Located inside the exclusive area of HSR Taichung Station.
